Feature Requests

I’d like to request that more information from Tracks and Albums be made available as column options in all table views and filters across the platform. At a minimum, the Album’s Original Release Date is a key detail for us, as it’s essential for filtering and sorting data in various areas of the system. Additionally, from a legal perspective, there are several missing fields, most notably, important details from Publisher Contracts for Works, among others. Expanding these options would greatly enhance our workflow. On a related note, we’ve also noticed that in the Contracts section, the search bar does not retrieve results from the Contributors field (i.e., we are unable to search by contributor names). It would be highly beneficial if this could be addressed. A big thanks to the team for all your efforts!

The contract management features are great, especially the ability to set a contract’s term/duration using Start and End Dates, along with Resignation Notices and optional Automatic Renewals. However, one crucial field is missing: the Exploitation Period, the duration for which rights under a given agreement are granted. In licensing and recording agreements, the exploitation period often differs from the contract’s overall term. This information is essential for properly managing catalogs, as it determines which assets remain exploitable and which require renewal or removal. Without this field, it’s difficult to accurately track and manage rights, especially in agreements where master recordings are licensed rather than owned. Suggested Implementation: The Exploitation Period could be set relative to the contract’s End Date (e.g., a 2-year contract term plus a 10-year exploitation period starting after the release of the last master recording). Alternatively, it could be set as a fixed date, depending on the agreement terms. Adding this field would significantly enhance contract and catalog management. Thanks for considering this!

It would be great to have the ability to select assets (Tracks/Albums/Works/Videos) within the deduction rules to set unique rules for specific assets—especially when working with an overall contract for a rightsholder managing various assets. Basically, like subcontracts (the rules) within a main contract. For example: • If Asset: XXX • And Country: France • Then Add/Remove: X %

It would be great to have a Statement pdf's editor in order to be able to customise it, like changing: language, colour, information shown etc... Thanks,

Possibility to store other files in the rights holder portal. As someone that paid the artists before (and also needs to send them invoices), it would be lovely to be able to store any other files not generated in Reprtoir so the Rights Holders might see them in only one place.

I would like to request the implementation of a more detailed royalty report that provides our clients with a report where they can see details about each work in their catalog, such as revenue source, the period in which the revenue was generated, and the country. This summarized report should be sent via email in PDF format to facilitate the visualization of their catalog.

In the "Associated Resources" section of a Contract, add Tracks, Albums, and Releases information fields as available column options. This will allow users to view and manage track details, including the contract's start and end dates, directly in the contract table. This feature would help identify the exploitation period and is useful for managing data from rights-holders, artists, or contacts.

Would love to copy attributes from different tracks instead of having to re-inputing them for any each given track. Example: a Remix (where most of all existing source tags are the same)

I would like to request that the account section provided to clients be translated into Portuguese. We have clients of various age groups and educational levels who experience some difficulty with the language. It would be very important for us to make this more accessible to everyone.
