Preview of Playlist before send - or multiple sends to one contact

I would like to be able to preview Playlists before sending. Altenatively - be able to send it to myself several times. By now, playlists are blocked from sending again to contacts that already has received.

An easy work-around is just to de-select the "Send email notification to associated contacts" and get an url to the Playlist. But it would have been nice to have a "Preview playlist"-button to be able to see the playlist directly.
